I booked ticket via ixigo.com which led me to happyeasygo.com. I booked 3 tickets from blr to varanasi and paid the amount via netbanking, Havent received any confirmation on tickets and customer service email/phone from happyeasygo is not responding. Kindly help and refund the money as soon as possible. Horrible service. Atleast have the courtesy to respond to complaint via email or phone. Was this information helpful? | |
