HappyEasyGo — amount deducted from bank however no confirmation or refund received

I booked a ticket on this app with trip id[protected].

The amount (Promotional balance in app + money from bank account) is deducted from my bank account however i haven't received any confirmation or e-ticket from the app/airline.

After some time the status of the ticket was set as cancelled in app & the promotional balance is refunded in app however the amount deducted from bank is not credited back.

I reached out to their customer care no & they provide me another no to call & explain my query. I called on that no but no one is picking.

I want refund of my amount asap.
