Place of incident: gurugram (6sep 2019) I have booked my airline ticket from delhi to mumbai (25sep 2019), through www.happyeasygo.com today. I have made the payment online via credit card but not received any mail/sms. It shows only trip id and did not received the ticket. My flight was cancelled by the airline and full refund was given by them. As I booked it through HappyEasyGo, refund was credited to their account but they haven't refunded me. They are not even giving clear response when asked for refund via mail. Strict action should be taken against such agencies.

i booked tickets with happyeasygo and i am getting tickets immediately and their price is best in market now
