HappyEasyGo — charged with the incorrect fare difference

I booked a ticket with date change option enabled. when asking for the date change. I get charged with the incorrect fare difference.

i have attached the screen shot. the orignal ticket amount was 10912

when asking for the date change. I get the fare difference as 2985 which is totally wrong.

the current ticket pricing at that movement where. around[protected]. attached the screenshots.

so Happy Easy go is changing for incorrect fare difference while the correct amounts where different. I am expecting the fare difference to be 0 or negative instead the fare difference shown by happy easy go is 2985.

This is a fraud happy easy go is making.
