I, albert p babu, mobile number : [protected] had booked a ticket for 3 passengers from ernakulam to delhi and return from happy easy go site on 14th february 2018 having trip id:[protected] but the tickets were cancelled due to seats sold out, hence was asked to share my bank details for instant refund but unfortunately i sent wrong account number and they proceeded with it. And when i said about it they gave me the transaction utr number : n[protected] done on 14th february 2018 which i took to bank to enquire and found that the transaction was cancelled due to invalid account number. There was no such account with that account number, they said since i have 12 digit account number instead of 11 digit the transaction will be automatically cancelled since no account exist with that account number. When i informed this to them, they said that they have forwarded it to the concerned department and next day they again sent the same transaction details. I mailed one after another but same transaction details were replied back and at last stoped responding. It seems as if they didn't even read the mails and keep on forwarding the same mail.
I have attached they transaction details they sent. For me the amount is huge, it's my 3 months savings. So please kindly do the needful.
