[Resolved] HappyEasyGo — Extremely bad service- refund my money | |||||
I Sonu Kumar Sharma bearing PNR Ticket number - NUQQ9S had booked a flight ticket from Happy easy go which was scheduled dated 3July2020 at 8:55AM. FLIGHT -- FROM (BLR TO IXR) WHEN I REACHED AIRPORT I FOUND the flight has already taken off without any notification to me at 5:15 AM ( 3.5 hours before). After enquiring i found ticket was booked on my name(SONU SHARMA) however contact number and email id were different. which is fraud and cheat by HAPPYEASYGO. IN THIS PANDEMIC you people can't believe how important it was for me to fly today. ACTION TO BE TAKEN BY YOU: --- 1. PLEASE REFUND MY OLA CABS FARE ( 1000 + 1000) . 2. I REQUESTED AIR AISA TO RESCHEDULE MY FLIGHT IN SAME COST, I ASKED THEM TO UPDATE MOBILE NUMBER AND EMAIL ID. 3. YOU HAVE TO REFUND MY MOENY FLIGHT TICKET + OLA CABS FARE ( 7000 + 2000 = 9000 K) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 4.
