HappyEasyGo — Flight ticket

Hi,

I have booked 3 tickets from Goa to Chennai on 17th May in Spice jet in
PNR/Ticket :Z7SIWY .I following up with them before my trip.They do not have intent to help .On my interest spoke to Spicejet regarding refund, initially they denied it . Later they agreed to give refund and asked me to contact Happy Easy go . I have recording of the agent who agreed for refund . Now when contacted they told me refund will be done . I have paid the ticket using credit card . Are they ready to give me a interest which I have paid to the Bank ? Now issue is very simple . I need my money back without any delay . What is the cause for delaying my refund ? . Pls intervene and get my refund as soon as possible
