I booked a BOM to DED flight for 10th Apr 2020 and return DED to BOM for 19th Apr 2020 from HappyEasyGo platform. The flights got canceled due to COVID issue. Its been around an year now and my amount has still not been refunded to my account. Even the customer care is not responding to my emails or queries. Straight case of fraud!
