I booked the Air India tickets from Pune to Chandigarh of 2 senior citizens but the flight got cancelled. Happyeasygo never refunded my money. Initially, they kept saying they need PNR Stamp copy from the airline to process the full refund which I managed to get from Air India and gave them on 11 FEB 19. Then, they said I have to wait for 90 days now as the airline takes this much time to process the request. Today, when I asked for them for the update, they replied to mail that I have not given them the PNR stamp copy. They never shared any reference number for the refund that they initiated with the Airline but they shared their reference number. Complaint_no_Trip_id_[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
