[Resolved] HappyEasyGo — hotel booking confirmed by happyeasygo but not by the hotel

Yesterday night (04 Sept 2019) I made a booking at Roseate House Aerocity under the name of Mr Rahul Arora for 21st September 2019 thru HappyEasyGo
I got a confirmation email from HappyEasyGo, however when called at hotel to confirm the same, they denied to have any bookings under the name of Mr Arora.
We reached HappyEasyGo customer care early this afternoon and spoke to their representative Munish. He assured us that he'll call and update us in half an hour.
He did not call us back and since then we have been trying to reach the customer care service but there has been long queue and we could not reach them.

1) HappyEasyGo which says the booking is confirmed
2) Roseate House Aerocity denying that there is no such booking
The confirmation no given by HappyEasyGo is 67056353.

Alright! After so much of back and forth with HappyEasyGo team, Samyant Jain from HEG Customer Delight was very forthcoming and gave an update on our issue.
He initially called to understand what problem were we facing and promised to call us back with an update before end of the day today.
Later when Samyant called he updated us that our booking at the hotel got confirmed yesterday, however the confirmation number generated earlier was incorrect. He gave us the correct confirmation number which we cross checked at the property as well.
Thank you to the one who got our booking confirmed yesterday and Samyant Jain for being forthcoming and helping us resolve the issue
Maybe, just maybe we can still trust HEG because of these guys and may still continue our bookings with them.
