Hi team, Yesterday i had booked my tickets from patna - pune with amount: 4800 rs which got deducted from the bank but i hadn't received any confirmation mail yet. I had sent 2-3 mails back to back to happyeasygo customer care but they are not at all replying. This is really unprofessional from this site where i had booked many flight tickets earlier from this site itself but haven't faced with such issues. I cannot contact them on phone because they haven't provided any toll-free number/ customer care number. 24*7 support system web page of this company is just a normal page with no proper contact info. I request the happyeasygo team to either refund my deducted amount or sent me confirmation mail. usually the agent can issue the e-ticket within minutes.
