HappyEasyGo — issue with refund - been over 2 months with no update from company's end

Passenger name - neeraja kanaujia
Pnr - zwrcwr, travel date - 18th sept 2019, trip id[protected]
My flight was cancelled by the airlines and hence it entitled me for full refund. Even though the airlines company has refunded the entire amount to the this travel partner, this agency has not processed by refund till date. I have been chasing them since 2 months over emails/calls with no resolution yet. They have a very poor customer support staff and even the higher management who are not at all bothered the pain the customer goes through. Please help me to get my refund asap.

Despite posting the grievance on social media channels, the company is not at all bothered to look into it.
