HappyEasyGo — money debited from account but flight booking cancelled in app, and company denies receiving money.

Hi i was booking a flight ticket from ccu to bom for the 3rd of jan and the amount to be paid was 5130/- which i did so via upi.
But the app cancelled the booking and money was still debited from account and successful paid. I have confirmation of payment.
The company initially asked me to wait on my first contact with them.
The second time i called they said that i would receive the money within 24 to 48 hours.
Today, i called them and they said that they have received no money and asked me to contact my bank.
Kindly help me with this.
