HappyEasyGo — Not getting refunds since last 3 months | |||
I have booked 4 indigo tickets on www.happyeasygo.com for 17 march2020 to 24 march 2020 return flight of ahmedabad to port blair, these are order id of happy easy go and bookings date. 1. Order id :[protected], 24 oct 2019 2. Orderid:[protected], 23rd oct 2019 3. Order id:[protected], 1st oct 2019 4. Order id:[protected], 2nd oct 2019. All flights got canceled by indigo itself because of covid-19 with a full refund, then i called to happy easy go for refund. After few days i got email on 5th may 2020 for order id :[protected] and on 11th june 2020 for orderid:[protected] claimed that refunds are initiated and will be credited into my bank account within 10 days. Till now i am not getting refund, i sent transaction summary and email which i got from my bank as happy easy go team told me to do for confirmation about not getting refund, still they are claiming that money is refunded. I gave all the proof what i got from the bank head office still they are not transferring refund into my account. Whenever i called the customer agents say to wait 10 to 15 days, its been 3.5 months i have been complaining. Was this information helpful? | |||

For order id Order No[protected], Order No[protected] we have forwarded the concern to our air operations team, to check and re-validated and process the pending refund amount, please allow us some time.

Moreover I have sent you bank statements, bank Summary and bank email that claims refund is not credited in my account. Checkout emails screenshots.
I have gave All the proof what I was told to share, still I’m not getting refund . Your customer Care keep saying give us 72 hours from last 30 days.
If I’m not getting my all four refund I’m going to complain to DGCA, Government of India and all Airline CEO that don’t do business with happy easy go as they didn’t refund customers money although airlines gave full refund.

The thing is that you guys don’t do refund to customers I have seen many same complaints on social media. You just showing that money is refunded.
