I have booked one round trip ticket 2nd april vishakapatnam to agartala14th and 20th april, 10278 rupess has deduct from my account my ref id:[protected] but till now i have not received any e-ticker or pnr number. Customer care number are also not responding. They not respond my email also. Plz help me. The passenger can be in touch with the travel agent over the phone, where he or she tried to make booking and had received any notification regarding deduction / flight,
as follows:-
1. Remind the site
2. Find phone number at this site
3. Remind
- flight number
- date / time
- 1st and last name of passenger
- your e-mail address
in front of the eyes.
4. Dial the number, tell the operator
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY TICKET AFTER PAYMENT
DATE AND NUMBER OF FLIGHT IS ...
LAST NAME OF PASSENGER IS ...
Following submission of these data, the operator shall adjust phone / e-mail and issue the ticket within minutes.
If the e-ticket is not receved within 24 hours followng the reservation, the passenger is entitled to get the refund or the other compensation from via his / her bank in in the other process.
