HappyEasyGo — Not refunding correct amount | |
I cancelled 3 tickets with Happyeasygo website as the flights were cancelled and non operational due to covid pandemic. All the 3 tickets are from indigo. Indigo has released complete payment to Happyeasygo without holding a single penny, whereas Happyeasygo deducted Rs 280 convenience fee from all my 3 tickets. Now it is unfair to me as it is not my fault that flights were cancelled due to covid.
