HappyEasyGo — not refunding the money and not responding | |||||
Hello, I have booked the amd-blr flight from happyeasygo and flight has been booked, now i got the sms from the indigo airlines that flight has been re-scheduled and i can either opt for date change or eligible for full re-fund. As per that i have asked the happyeasygo to confirm the re-fund amount but as per them i am eligible for rs.100 re-fund only which is completely different from what the indigo has mentioned. Now when i am trying to call you they are not picking the call, and in fact they only one contact number in website. Indigo is ready to pay 100% refund but this company not ready to pay 100% re-fund.
