HappyEasyGo — online flight ticket

I had booked ticket and got confirmation stating that ticket will be issued in an hour. Even i recieved order id, later i recieved a call and they said i need to pay 1500. The customer executive was treating as if it is daily routine for him. And in a stage he was laughing. Atlast i need to pay 1500. Please do not trust this company and my sincere advise is do not book

They failed to provide the booking
So i request for refund so far Not receved the payment
