HappyEasyGo — order id[protected] hotel booking not confirmed - still no refund from happyeasygo | |||||
On 28th september, 2019, i had tried to book hotel rooms on happyeasygo. Booking was not done as room was not available, still money was deducted from my bank account. Order id was[protected]. Happyeasygo confirmed that refund is initiated but it's been 40 days and i haven't yet received my refund. Happyeasygo doesn't respond to my email. And they are not providing me refund initiation date/transaction reference number on call. Looks like they never initiated a refund from their end. After putting it on happyeasygo facebook page as well, they are asking for more time to look into the issue and doing nothing about it. Already 7 days have passed since my first post. Happyeasygo has not taken any action to refund my money. Happyeasygo is fraud and talking to their customer care is real harassment. This is going no where. Each time happyeasygo asks me to wait for 3-5 working days. I asked them to provide me with a definitive date and contact details from happyeasygo who is handling my case but they are not providing so. Please help me get justice and my refund.
