HappyEasyGo — refund issue with happy easy go flight | |||||
Hi team, I had booked my flight from chandigarh to bengaluru dated 23rd feb’2019. But due to some technical issues, my flight was cancelled. So as suggested by happy easygo, i hd raised a refund request with happy easy go. When i called up happy easy go, they had suggested me to check with airlines for refund status. As per air asia lines, they had refunded the amount to happy easy go and provided a refund case id 10212442 to us and to happy easy go. Its been more than two months that i am following up with happy easy go, but there has been no response. The customer care number which they had given on website[protected] never seem to work. Its been 2 months that i am following up with happy easy go to get my refund worth rs 4952, but they neither reply nor refund my amount. Request you to help here to get my refund back.
