HappyEasyGo — refund not credited | |||
I booked a jetairways flight from kolkata on dehradun via Guwahati for 11th Feb, 2019 with ticket number :[protected] and PNR : WKGARL (Attaching the ticket). This flight was cancelled by airlines and they assure me that complete refund has been intiated by their end. It has been more than 2 months that I am trying to get my refund amount from happyeasygo but they send me mails that refund confirmation will be send in 72 hours but nothing happens after that.
