My trip id is[protected].
My flight was cancelled by jet airways itself. I initiated for refund but still now i didn't get my refund. I booked the flight ticket for rs 3851. They told me they have initiated a refund of rs 3601 and when i called them they gave me a bank reference number 9648102 which my bank was not able to track.. I have send my bank statement to their email team also. But still now i haven't got any refund
