HappyEasyGo — Refund not given even before I already bought free cancellation of reliance general insurance.

Below is my ticket id with attached email. Even after 105 days I did not got my refund. Already purchased policy of Rs 248 and did not got any refund. I had to cancel due to covid lockdown is alraedy started from 22nd march 2020 but did not get any refund.
