HappyEasyGo — refund not processed or delay

I had booked a flight ticket through happyeasygo app. The flight got cancelled by indigo airlines itself due to the covid-19 outbreak. But my refund was not received but on approaching the airlines i have been informed that refund has gone to the agency. I did't get any update about my refund status. And as per their company policy they are declared that the refund will take maximum of 15 days. And it has been already passed.

So iam giving my flight details below. I need my cash credited to my account as soon as possible.
