HappyEasyGo — Refund not received

Hi,

I had booked tickets for travel between Chennai to Shirdi for 3 May 2020. Because of Covid, the flights were cancelled and I had requested for refund on 6rd May by confirming that the refund is processed from Spicejet. I had also attached the communication from Spicejet to HappyEasyGo cancellation request. It has been three months almost, since the cancellation has been requested but HappyEasyGo page still says, Refund is processing.

They are asking to wait 90 days in order to get the refund back which is much longer than the usual refund window of 15 days. I can understand that it is due to COVID. But, there is no hints that my refund will be initiated from HappyEasyGo end. No one is taking responsibility and I am simply getting Auto Response (same) mail everytime I mail them. The customer Care fellows are of now use and there is no point for escation.
