I booked an ticket on 24th november 2017 against trip id:#[protected]. They had cancelled the ticket due to change in price. They told that they going to refund the full amount with in 7-10 working days and i called them so many time and they are saying that your refund amount has been process and it has been more than 3 month still i not yet received the amount and again few days back i called them and they said we will provide the rrn number and i said them ohk send the rrn number and again i mailed them i still not yet recieved the rrn no and they said again thay kindly wait 24-72 hr
