HappyEasyGo — refund status | |||
I had booked a flight from happyeasygo. Two days later the airline cancelled the flight and I was assured by the airlines customer support that the agent through whom I have booked the ticket has to give me full amount in refund and that they (jet airways) cannot process the refund from their end as I had booked from happyeasygo. Now the problem is happyeasygo company as such doesn't have a customer support contact number, this sounds highly fishy to me, the app asks us to contact them through email, so with no option left I sent them an email that I need full refund for the ticket and as per their faq section I had cancelled the ticket and selected the option "airline cancelled the flight" and sent them a screenshot received from Jet airways, then I sent them an email about confirmation and status of refund. Till now email received from the company and I am waiting. I'm worried that after the supposedly scheduled date of the flight i.e. 7th April they might say that I did not cancel the flight and hence they won't refund any money (8k in total). Now which company wanting to do good business doesn't have a customer support contact number. Why should a customer have to email them every now and then. Waht if customer requires some help immediately? I would advice people to stay away from this app "happyeasygo" and also I would like this company's app to be removed from app store and play store.
