While booking an air ticket from chandigarh to srinagar via happyeasygo (23/01/2019) during the transaction process the amount was deducted but the app showed that there was some problem and the ticket was not confirmed. Then i booked another ticket. To my email complaint they sent a reference number. But after that there is response. I called the customer care but they did not receive the call.
