Respected sir, Myself nikhil varma, i booked the flight ticket for 9th of april 2020, from kochi to mumbai airasia flight through happyeasygo mobile app, Unfortunately covid-19 pandemic all flight got cancelled that time continuously followed up from 27th march till 30 march finally i given the request for the refund on 30th march (Attaching all the documents) they accepted the request and submitted to airlines, then heg customer care representative requested to wait 30 days for refund, i accepted that offer because as a human i know the current situation. Again april 24th i called airasia regarding delay, they said they already refunded the amount to the company on 8th of april itself i have to contact respected agent, the i contacted to heg customer care department they said i have to submit cancellation document which i received from airline company, that’s the reason old request was canceled (For this i didn’t get any communication from this company), ok i submitted the document at the same time on call, that guy said this is valid you will get refund in 2 days because airline already refunded the amount to our account. I was so happy. After all this till now i didn’t get any amount again i called the same customer care service of happyeasygo, now they are saying i didn’t submit require document for the refund, i asked them what all the documents needed, they said need case number of cancellation for the airline, again i contacted my airline they provide through mail i submitted to happyeasygo, after submission i called this same service one of the representatives named “kishan” took the call and he said i submitted the document today only you have to wait more than 90 days and talk very harshly too. As a customer i payed the amount and iam hearing all this nonsense sir. My question was central government issued the notification to all the airline and agents to give refund in immediate basis till now this particular company cheated me like an he’ll.in this situation we are so much money problem. I request to the concern department to take the action against this cheaters. And i’m attaching all the communication documents with this complaint.
