I cancelled my ticket almost 4 months back and i haven't still got my refund back.
I even tried reaching customer care 5-6 times, but every time i get the response from the customer care for 15 working days to wait.
Though i am chasing them over email as well, but in the same email chain, i am being told to wait for another 5-7 working days everytime.
I really don't understand the reason behind why you are not able to refund my money.
Please help me to resolve the issue.
