HappyEasyGo — ticket booked but no confirmation received

I have booked a ticket today from kolkata to bangalore for 04.05.2018 paying rs 2891 from happyeasygo website. I received a mail that within 45 mins i will receive the ticket however i am yet to receive the same. I called in customer care they said that they couldnot check the details as there server is down and told me to call after half an hour and but now i am unable to reach the customer care department. Kindly get my problem resolved at the earliest

I have booked a ticket dated 06.04.2018 from kolkata to bangalore for 06.05.2018. I received a mail from happyeasygo that i will receive the ticket within 45mins. But didnt received the same.

On having called the customer care i have been informed that there is a short payment of rs841/-, for which i have not received any mail.

I have never a seen a case of short payment ever. I have paid the amount as displayed in the site.

I therefore claim my ticket as booked without further making any payment
