HappyEasyGo — Ticket CANCELLED money not refunded | |||
On Sunday I have booked ticket from your website for mumbai to Patna, for first two times I got payment failure error so I tried booking for the third time which was successfully booked but later on when I checked my bank account I saw payment was deducted for all 3 booking and also tickets were confirmed. As per your suggestion I called directly to GOAIR and asked them to cancel the two tickets which they did and also refunded money back to AGENT (HEG) on the same day screenshot of the cancellation is attached. Why it is taking your team so long to refund it back to the transaction account. What validation your team is doing when GOAIR themselves have provided me the cancelation mail.
