I made flight ticket booking through web portal "www.happyeasygo.com" chennai - newdelhi on 14/05/2018. Date of journey 15/05/2018 Ttime of journey 20:30 Airline jetairways flight no.9w847 Rs.4223/- I have entered the details new delhi to chennai, by mistake the portal had taken as chennai to delhi flight. When i realised the booking as reversed then i immediatedly initiated cancellation of the same ticket, the portal where i made booking refused to refund the cancellation charges. Instead they are putting a penalty for the same. Kindly initiate the complaint against the above said e portal and help me get back my hard earned money rs.4223/-. I have been following up since May 2, 2018 for the refund of my cancelled ticket which has not yet been credited to my account. Happyeasygo has pathetic and unacceptable customer service which don't refund money of its customers.The management should be answerable to this service
