I have booked air tickets from bangalore to delhi, from happyeasygo.com i did the payment through mobikwik wallet of rupees 6852 and the payment suceed, order id i recieved in mail The transaction of Order #[protected] has succeeded.
now after an hour when i called there customer care[protected] they told me that the booking did not happened and your money will be refunded in 10 days, as a customer why i should wait for 10 days as the payment is not failed, they have sucessfully take the payment, Please help me in getting the justice

true..i am also one of the victime of Happy easy go..i have booked the flight three months earlir, and my travel date was 18/06/18 but due to my personal health issue i have requested to cancel my ticket.
but they are saying that i have to told them not to cancel my ticket. they are cheaters who ever planning to buy tickets from this agency think 100 times before buying it. As they are the open cheaters and liars.

i have lost my 3800, pls dont be next victim for the same.
there customer care staff is also very lazy and not helpful at all.my harden money they have taken.
I m a single parent..its very hurting.

Absolutely FRAUD, should have gone through these reviews before booking my tickets . Non Refundable tickets are also mentioned a as Refundable, communicating to customers the ticket is refundable but you will not get any money. SO THAT BECOMES NON REFUNDABLE, a customer looking out for a refundable air ticket books the ticket only because it's mentioned REFUNDABLE.

I need a money backs as penalty on Happy easy go, by writing deceptive information on the ticket. The ticket gives no information stating non refundable.

The call center does not maintain records of what calls the customer has made, No proper processes for escalation . At the end of the day customer concerns are not met.

5 times they promised for a call back, but none called back.
There is no way to reach out to Vivek Prabhakar with escalations. ABSOLUTE FRAUD CASE.

Attached the ticket, with no information on being non refundable, no terms and conditions unlike make my trip.

Please find the trailing which is self explanatory, how their customer care behavior and even the approach of the Director.

Please find the trailing mail and ask them to take necessary action.

I have other mails also where your team has not responded yet.

By this approach you will loose your customer base, even you can go through my profile in your data base. Slowly slowly I have shifted my entire bookings from MMT and Ibibo to you people. May be I am not the only sufferer .

But it is not good for your future business.

Why you are not replying to my specific questions?

1. Why your are not refunding my money for the booking id
[protected], Air Asia -31st May. It was booking under full refund if I cancelled. Your app said we will give full refund even if case Airline will not give, for this you have charged Rs600+ Extra

2. Airline is asking to use same login id, while using credit shell booking for all the booking

Don't try to mislead customer, you are just copying and sending pre return answer. Read my question carefully and let me know how can I do it from your site/app - step wise. As Airline website is asking for same booking id (all the screenshot attached in previous mail)or arrange call back from customer care executive.

I have booked a ticket for 24-March-20. Due to operational issuance the flight was canceled by Airlines. I have get massage from Air Asia.

on 07-April-20 I canceled my flight ticket from the Happy easy go application. After many times taking follow up I have got 90 days TAT for the refund process.

Already 90 Days over but still did not get the refund. on daily basis i am getting new TAT from Happy easy go. Also i want to change ticket date but Happy easy go change registered mail id of ticket booking. many times call them but they did not provide solution. again & again given fake commitment.
