I booked round trip tickets from Hyderabad to Jaipur from their website. Payment was successful and I got confirmation mail for the successful payment. But no tickets were sent to my email even after waiting for long. I called their customer helpline but no answer. Even emails were not answered. My order id is[protected] . Jul 21, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I had to call the customer care thrice and wait for long to get through. Finally on fourth attempt, my call got through and after I talked to them, my tickets were sent after 10 mins. | |||

I have booked round trip tickets from bhubaneswar to bangalore but still not recevied my tickets. My fligt is for tommorw date so it is necessary for me the tickets.
