I have booked a ticket from ahmedabad to mimbai on 21st july 2018 at 9.30pm approximately. The money was quickly taken out of my credit card and what i noticed was that there was no pnr generated nor i got a text or an email to confirm that i have made a booking with them. The details are only showing on their website. Anyway, i thought that i should wait for 45 mins however still no information, no text, no email!!! By then i started to worry! I called their customer service number which was constantly busy!!! I sent an email to which i got an automated response saying they have forwarded my query to another department. Now, i have no ticket and my money is gone. I have called my credit card bank and i have told them that i have not received the services from the merchant and i won't pay for the charge. My bank has assured me that they will investigate! I will not pay this charge and this website should be reported to the crime beach and also in the consumer court and these fraud people should pay for the harassment and mental trauma they have caused to people along with the financial loss. This need to be addressed in indian court and if possible, we should all demand our money back along with the other charges! Happyeasygo - pay the charges back or you will face consequences. You don't know the power of social media perhaps. Get back to all your customer complaints right now and return the money! Was this information helpful? | |||
