Dear sir, On 3rd april '19 i tried to book domestic flight ticket (Del-bhubaneswer, air india) for travel on 28th may, through www.happyeasygo.com for family members of 4, but they debited the amount of rs: 15, 875 from my bank account but not yet received the ticket. Further unable to contact them, able to know later this is a fraud website, doing cheating. It will be helpful if you can do needful in this regard to get our amout back as earliest. Apr 9, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved After some followup, I got feedback happyeasygo team that my ticket unable to book, i can get my refund in 7 days . Finally I have received my booking amount . Thanks to team . I will request to others never do any online transaction from un-trusted site . | |||||

1. There is no evidence of the issued e-ticket or refernce to the air carrier reservation attached.
2. Nobody has a duty to examine anonymous complaints or the purely unidentified complaint.
3. "Needfull" is not the exact action, which you address to the reponder.
You need to define the exact action, which you expect due to wrong doing to (operator of) the HappyEasyGo site (travel agent), by submitting your exact request.
The duty of travel agent is to issue the e-ticket within 24 hours, and not later in 72 hours at all and only in specific reservations, upon the receipt of the payment from the passenger,
to the email address or to the phone of passenger (SMS).
Failure to execute the corect act by travel agent, is a reason for the refund within 7 days.
