Haptic Technologies — haptic wallet balance refund in my bank account

I am using Haptic app last six months I had deposited Rs 409 in my Haptic App account to recharge my dth. recharge option is removed from haptic app. so I need a refund in my Bank account. I tried to contact Customer care but no response and I have mailed to haptic grievance but no response. twice I complained still no response. i am not able to recharge my mobile or DTH using this app
