Every time i am getting an underweight cylinder. I complain about it many times orally but still i am getting an underweight cylinder. Last time i booked cylinder on[protected] and the delivery man delivered it on 14-10-16. I was not at home and when i ask him for weighing machine then he told that he did not carry that. He just took the money and went away. I weighed cylinder and found “2.40 kg” lack weight. Kindly, change the cylinder as it is in the same condition and provide me proper weight cylinder.

Cylinder weight 15.7 kg
Gas 14.2 kg
Total 29.9 kg
But when i weighed the cylinder it was only 27.5 kg. Kindly, look for this problem. Apart from this, i don’t know why the delivery man not carrying weighing machine. This is a really disgusting situation that no one solving this issue. So, i am requesting you to kindly return this cylinder as it is in the same condition and provide me proper weight cylinder.
