Harman India — headphone (akg)
Hello, i have brought a headphone on last year at the month of october, after 2 months the headphone had some problems, so i requested brightstar telecomunications india ltd. To replace my heaphone. I told them to do it urgently.
But till now i did not get that product. Its almost 3 months passed. I called them to know the progress, they replied me that the headphone have'nt reached yet, i emailed them many times. But they did'nt respond.
Please take a serious action.
