Harvest Gold — I am complaining about the delivery of harvest bread at my shop.

My name is sumit and i have a shop in new panchwati, ghaziabad with the name of arora confectionery.
Since 2015 i m running this shop and till then i m requesting to the supplier to provide me harvest bread to sell on the shop.
However he (Name - vimal chohan) is making the excuses. So i talked to the supervisor and he (Anil kataria) assured me that from now bread will be delivered on time, but after few days vimal again stopped supplying bread. It happened many times during 3 years. Now it's enough.
So i m requesting u to please show me the right path and made a complain.
