Haryana Police — Misbehaving room police

Hi SIR, I am coming from my office at 12.00pm from IT park and I have seen a police naka near IT park in panchkula side on[protected]. A police person stop me and told to show document. So I have shown my licence and Bike RD to him but he asked me about insurance. I told him that I have forgot my insurance at home please forgive me but he told me that give me Rs.500 if you don't want any Chalan. I told him that I have no money then he cut my chalan and on that time he is drunked. Please help me my number is [protected]
