Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — nuisance from backside

Our backside neighbors 1464/ sec 15 panchkula are making house. But no measures are taken for the construction material dropping in our backyard. It is very annoying. Pls order them to put some plastic turpoline (Sheet)
As i have to dry my clothes at backyard and they get soiled daily.
We have tenants on first floor, they r also disturbed by constant gaze of labourers!
Anticipating quick action!
I have verbally requested them 3 times.
