Dear sir/madam,
This is inform you that i have installed a new water meter on 02/0 8/2018 after deposit huda fees, but the bill of water &sewerage received during the month october on flat rate which was deported by me. Now again the bill of water for december received on flat rate where as my meter reading show 167 today ie[protected] of last four months. I am 63 year old, i am not in a condition to come to your office, so you are requested to revised my water bill as per actual consumption before due date.
