This letter is to bring to your notice of violation of building by-laws by the owner of house under construction –

- sewerage connection has been made at the very beginning, while house is under construction/ completion certificate has not been issued.
Wrong doings; resulting inconvenience to us, the neighbours and making jokes of building by-laws of hsvp. Kindly take cognizance of the matter and set the things right.
