Hathway — harassment from hathway broadband | |||
I was a subscriber of hathaway prepaid broadband services in mumbai. I sent email for termination of services and paid all my dues. However, i am still receiving calls and emails threatening me to deposit bills for the service which i am not even using. I have vacated the flat two months ago but still they are sending me bills. Hathaway has also converted my prepaid account to postpaid without my confirmation. I am attaching email communication validating my point.
