Hathway — Account not activated even after payment received by Hathway

I recharged my Hathway broadband account on[protected] through BHIM upi transaction for Rs.755. The amount got debited from my bank account but while checking my hathway account is shows inactive status only. I check with bank about the status of my payment, they confirmed that the payment was already credited to Hathway a/c. I raised the service request in Hathway app and received a mail from [protected]@hathway.net that my payment was received by them and my account is activated. But as said in their mail my account was not activated till now even after 19 days from the payment received by hathway. I have send my mails to [protected]@hathway.net, tn.[protected]@hathway.net and [protected]@hathway.net but no one is able to resolve this issue. Final mail i received from tn.[protected]@hathway.net was they are still coordinating with Mumbai team to resolve this issue. So Please check and activate my account. My account no:[protected], Hathway transaction ID :[protected], UPI Transaction ID :[protected], Amount - Rs.755, Date:[protected] Time: 06.39 pm.
