My broadband connection has been shifted and it's been 7 days and i'm unable to access the internet. I made the payment of 2121 rs after that services didn't work .I have received more than 30 calls from hathway, everyone is asking which light is blinking and which is not after that they are dropping out the call by saying there is some issue .
I asked the below questions to Hathway
- After paying the money there is no internet service, who is responsible for my loss ? - No answer
- Everyday I raised the complaints but why has nobody visited me to resolve the issue? - No answer
- They said account is active termination and refund is not possible, then I asked them what is the meaning of account is active, which means just taking the money from customers and putting one useless device at home ? - No answer
Then they warned me that termination is not possible and asks me to do whatever I want to do and they will not do any refund .
After shifting of the connection I waited for 7 days even though they told me that on the same day I will get the internet. Everyday I have received minimum 10 calls to resolve the issue but they haven't resolved the issue.
Finally I decided to take a new connection for my daily routine because there is no assurance from hathway end to resolve my issue. This has explained to their team as well and they have accepted their mistake and asked me to give the final chance to resolve the issue that too after 1 week of shifting the connection. Even on one occurrence they tried to blackmail me as well.
For all the above details I have every evidence like call recordings, Whats app chat with the person to whom I provided my details. But there was no single proper response from anyone.
From this whole context, now Hathway people are harasing me with their phone calls to drop my termination request. Their nodal officers are not at all helpful with this matter because they are discussing something in the phone call and responding with different thing in the email
I thought being a reputed company and being a nodal officers that they will have that capability and ethics to understand the issue . But somehow they all people begging for the money from a women. Cheap ethics and technics. I have already raised the CPGRAMS complaint as well which is pending at their AGM regulatory person called Sudhir.
A nodal officer named " Priyanka" giving all the false comments .
