[Resolved] Hathway — After payment they are providing service | |
I AM REGRETTING TO BE PART OF HATHWAY CUSTOMER. I have been waiting from 1 week. No one is looking into my account activation issue. The person (Raju: [protected]) whom I submitted documents, saying I can't help, don't call me and resigning the job. The manager of Raju (balachandar - [protected]), he never answered my calls/messages (15 times). All Customer care guys saying same thing " give us one chance it will be done today and I will make it high priority" from 1 week. And here in email, no one is responding with proper information what is the issue and why its been delayed. BY ALL THIS, I AM LOOSING MY HOPE THAT MY ACCOUNT WILL BE ACTIVATED. I HOPE ATLEAST NOW THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON IT. Was this information helpful? | |
