I AM REGRETTING TO BE PART OF HATHWAY CUSTOMER. I have been waiting from 1 week. No one is looking into my account activation issue. The person (Raju: [protected]) whom I submitted documents, saying I can't help, don't call me and resigning the job. The manager of Raju (balachandar - [protected]), he never answered my calls/messages (15 times). All Customer care guys saying same thing " give us one chance it will be done today and I will make it high priority" from 1 week. And here in email, no one is responding with proper information what is the issue and why its been delayed. BY ALL THIS, I AM LOOSING MY HOPE THAT MY ACCOUNT WILL BE ACTIVATED. I HOPE ATLEAST NOW THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON IT. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I hope this issue might be fixed by EOD.but don't know why they are doing too much delay to fix it. Atleast they are not letting me know what is the issue.
