Hathway — broadband connection disconnected before due date | |||
Dear sir/maa'm, This is to inform you that last year on 26th june 2019, i paid the annual fees for the year along with the additional 90 days usage of hathway broadband connection & accordingly my next renewal should be on 25th sept'2020 but i am continuously receiving sms, calls etc. To renew before 23rd june 2020 & finally on 30th june 2020, hathway has disconnected my wifi. I have been writing to hathway since 22nd june continuously but all their mails getting bounced & their customer care nos. Are not working, so finally i visited their office today at mira road but they failed to resume the services & not willing to register my complaint. Refer attached email confirmation of 90 days extra data usage. Request your intervention to investigate & solve this issue urgently.
